Digital Product Delivery

This product is a digital product.

After successful payment, the customer will receive access to the purchased product digitally through the website and/or by email. Delivery is not physical and no shipping is involved.

Customers should ensure that the email address entered at checkout is correct. If the email address is entered incorrectly, delivery may be delayed until the issue is resolved.

If the customer does not receive the email within a reasonable time after payment, they should first check their spam, junk, or promotions folders before contacting support.

Delivery Time

Digital access is intended to be provided shortly after successful payment confirmation.

In some cases, delivery may be delayed because of payment processing, technical issues, or email delivery issues outside our direct control.

Refunds

Because this is a digital product that is delivered electronically, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted, download links have been issued, or the product has been delivered.

By completing the purchase, the customer understands and agrees that they are purchasing digital content and that access may be provided immediately after payment.

Refunds may only be considered where required by applicable law or where there has been a clear duplicate payment or a technical failure that prevents delivery and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged more than once for the same order by mistake, they should contact support with proof of payment so that the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
